It started with short-term rentals.
Hostly began with a simple belief: owners deserve the earnings without the headaches. We built a name as 5-star hosts by sweating the details most managers overlook — fast guest communication, spotless turnovers, thoughtful listings, and honest reporting.
Over time, owners kept asking us to do more — watch their homes while they traveled, keep their places clean between stays, help friends who weren't renting at all. So we grew into a full property-care company. Today we help homeowners and investors across the Upstate of South Carolina and Western North Carolina with co-hosting, property watch, and residential cleaning — all under one roof, all with the same care.
