What services does Hostly offer?
Three, all à la carte: short-term rental co-hosting, property watch for vacant and second homes, and residential cleaning (recurring, deep cleans, move-in/out, and one-time). Book any one on its own, or combine them.
Do I have to bundle services together?
Not at all. Each service stands on its own — many owners start with just cleaning or just co-hosting. If it helps, we'll happily coordinate more than one.
What does co-hosting include?
We set up and optimize your listing, handle guest messaging and bookings, manage pricing and your calendar, and coordinate turnovers and maintenance — so your rental runs smoothly without you in the weeds.
Do you offer cleaning on its own?
Yes. We clean homes and rentals whether or not you use our other services — recurring, deep, move-in/out, or a one-time reset.
What areas do you serve?
